How do I log in with BankID?

1. Go to paidin.se and click Log in.
2. Choose Log in with BankID.
3. Open the BankID app on your phone and authenticate.
4. You are logged in.

Do I have to use BankID?

No. You can still log in with email and password. BankID is a complement for those who want a simpler and more secure login.

I don't have BankID, can I still use Paidin?

Yes. You log in as usual with your email address and password.

BankID login is not working, what do I do?

• Make sure you have the BankID app installed and that your BankID is valid.
• Ensure that the personal identity number linked to your BankID matches the one registered on your Paidin account.
• Try restarting the BankID app.
